Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

brandmycorral is operated from Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. For anything related to your data, write to hola@builders-ai.com.

2. What we collect

• When you buy a spot: brand name, website (optional), email address, the logo file you upload, and the chicken name if applicable.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store card numbers; we only get a payment reference and status.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging.

We measure site usage with a self-hosted, cookieless instance of Umami: aggregate statistics only (pages, referrers, country, time on page, and product events like "checkout started"), with no cross-site tracking and no data sold or shared with advertisers. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for the site administrator's login. The embedded live stream (YouTube/Twitch) sets third-party cookies only after you allow it via the cookie banner or by loading the stream yourself; see the Cookie Policy.

3. What we do with it

• Process your purchase and issue the Stripe invoice.
• Display your brand name, logo and optional website link publicly on this site, on the physical lot, and in project photos, videos and streams. That display is the product you are buying.
• Contact you by email about your purchase: confirmation, logo approval, installation photos, refunds.

Your email address is never displayed publicly and is never sold or shared for marketing.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe (payment processing and invoicing). See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Railway (hosting and database), where purchase data and logo files are stored.

We do not share your data with anyone else, except if required by law.

5. How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept for as long as the project exists and as required for tax and accounting purposes. Logo files for cancelled or refunded purchases are deleted on request.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hola@builders-ai.com. Note that deleting the data tied to an active sponsorship (brand name, logo) means ending that sponsorship, since displaying it is the service itself. Under Argentine law (Ley 25.326), the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for data protection claims.

Material changes to this policy will be published on this page with a new date.
