A smart coop that mostly runs itself.
Five chickens, instrumented like a small data center: local computer vision counts them, sensors watch water, feed, temperature and the door, and a generative-AI layer only wakes up when something looks off. The goal: the flock lives safely with about two physical visits a week, and everything is visible on the stream.
The architecture
Two layers, honestly split: local vision (Frigate + YOLO) does the always-on work for free: counting birds in zones, and the reliable check is the roost at night, five silhouettes on a bar. Generative AI only gets a snapshot when something is off, with context (temperature, water, time), and answers like a caretaker: "four visible, one apart near the waterer, worth a check." Recognizing each hen individually by camera is not reliable; counting them is.

The public dashboard
Sensors are on camera and the dashboard is public: the waterer, feeder and nest sponsors get their logo on their card.
The eggs, honestly
Five young laying hens produce around 4–5 eggs a day in good stretches, roughly 6 per hen per week, and commercial layer hybrids land at 240–280 eggs per hen per year. Winter, molt, heat and age all pull that down, and that variance is part of what the stream shows. They eat ~110–120 g of layer feed each per day (about 17 kg a month for the flock), plus grit, oyster-shell calcium and whatever the corral offers.

Yes. The lot is real, the chickens will be real and the plaques are steel. The only made-up part is the idea that a corral can't be ad space.

In the countryside just outside Rosario, Argentina: Roldán, Ibarlucea or Ricardone. The exact town gets locked at the purchase stage, on camera, and the map updates.
How long does my spot last?
24 months from installation (or from going live, for digital spots). Physical pieces may stay up longer, but the guaranteed term is 24 months.

Can I sponsor a chicken?
Yes, there are 5. You name it, it wears a tag with your brand and shows up in the stream's egg leaderboard.
What if the project doesn't reach the goal?
Sold spots are honored on whatever does get built, and if something can't be done, that purchase is fully refunded.
Can I expense it?
Yes. Stripe issues an invoice at checkout. It's an advertising purchase; book it as marketing.
Can any brand join?
Almost. I approve every logo before printing it: it's my lot and my chickens. If I reject something, full refund.
