1. What this is

brandmycorral ("the project", "we", "I") sells sponsorship spots on a real plot of land with a free-range chicken corral in the Greater Rosario area of Santa Fe, Argentina (the candidate towns are Roldán, Ibarlucea and Ricardone; the exact lot gets locked at the purchase stage). Each spot is a one-time advertising purchase: your brand name, logo and optional website link get displayed on the physical lot (signs, plaques, tags and similar items), on this website, and on the project's videos and live stream, depending on the spot you buy. It is not an investment, a donation with perks, a security, or ownership of any land, animal or equipment.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to purchase advertising on behalf of the brand you submit. By purchasing you confirm the logo and brand information you upload belong to you or you are authorized to use them.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are fixed and listed in US dollars. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The charge is made in US dollars. Stripe issues an invoice to the email you provide.

While you complete checkout, the spot is held for 30 minutes. If payment is not completed in that window, the hold expires and the spot becomes available to anyone again.

4. Logo review and approval

Every logo is reviewed before being printed or installed. We may reject a logo or brand at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: unlawful content, adult content, political campaigns, hate speech, competitors' trademarks used without authorization, or artwork that cannot be reproduced legibly at the physical size of the spot. If we reject your purchase, you receive a full refund and the spot is released.

5. What you get

• Your brand displayed at the purchased spot once the corresponding project stage is built.
• Photos of your installed spot, suitable for posting.
• Your logo and optional link on this website during your sponsorship term.
• For chicken sponsorships: the name you choose on the chicken's tag, on the site and on the stream's egg leaderboard.

We do not promise audience numbers, impressions, clicks, sales or any return on investment. Published audience figures are informative and not a guarantee.

6. Duration: 24 months

Each sponsorship runs for 24 months. For physical spots (plaques, signs, markers, trees, tags) the term starts on the day your spot is installed; for digital spots (stream overlay, egg batches, website placements) it starts on the day the placement goes live. During the term we maintain the items with reasonable care, but do not guarantee indefinite physical integrity against weather, animals and normal wear.

When the 24 months end, the placement may be renewed if we offer renewals at that time, replaced by another sponsor, or retired. Physical items may remain installed beyond the term at our discretion, but the guaranteed display period is 24 months.

7. This is a plan, and plans change

The corral does not fully exist yet. Everything you see on this site (the aerial map, the survey plan, the 3D view, the listed positions and dimensions) is a plan, and the actual build may differ: the exact town and lot (Roldán, Ibarlucea or Ricardone), the layout of the lot, the placement, size or materials of the coop, fence, gates, signs, trees and equipment, the construction schedule, and the number or breed of chickens can all change for practical, regulatory, safety or animal-welfare reasons. Previews are illustrative, not a contractual rendering.

If your specific spot changes, we will place your brand in the closest reasonable equivalent position and prominence. If a change removes the substance of what you bought and no reasonable equivalent exists, you get a full refund for that purchase (see section 8).

8. Project risk and refunds

This is a build-in-public project executed in stages (purchase, survey, fencing, coop, chickens, first egg). If a specific stage or item that your spot depends on cannot be built, your purchase is refunded in full. If the overall funding goal is not reached, sold spots are honored on whatever does get built. Beyond these cases, purchases are final; if you believe something went wrong, write to hola@builders-ai.com and we will sort it out in good faith.

9. Live animals

Chickens are living animals. A sponsored chicken may get sick, stop laying or die. In that case the name and tag are transferred to a replacement chicken at no cost. Sponsorship gives you naming and branding rights only; the animals remain our property and responsibility, and are kept free-range under reasonable animal-welfare practices.

10. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to your logo and brand. By purchasing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce your logo and brand name on the physical installations, this website, and the project's photos, videos and streams, for the duration of your sponsorship term. We may photograph and film the lot, including your installed spot, and publish that material anywhere.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that spot. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or events outside our reasonable control (weather, vandalism, regulatory changes, force majeure).

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to it. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new date.

13. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved by the ordinary courts of the city of Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. Questions: hola@builders-ai.com.
